On Sept. 10, an African-American citizen from Manitowoc, WI named Ruby Love was on the receiving end of a racially motivated threat in the Walmart parking lot in Manitowoc when a "hunting license" was left on the window of her vehicle. When the suspect's sentence was lowered on October 5th in the Manitowoc County Courts, we created this design to show our community that we believe in No Hate in Our State.
